Shipping policy

Turnaround Time Guidelines 
Turnaround times vary based on the current volume of work, the quantity being ordered, design complexity, etc., as well as the process of design that we are completing for you.  If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out prior to ordering to ensure that we are able to accommodate your request.  There may be a rush fee to accommodate the request.  We are happy to help when possible.  Turnaround times are approximate and normally ship prior to this timeframe.  

Laser Engraving – Typically, the laser-engraved items will ship within 5-7 business days, not including shipping. 

DTF – Typically, these items will ship within 7-10 business days, not including shipping. 

Screen Printing – Typically, these items will ship within 12-15 business days, not including shipping. 

Embroidery – Typically, these items will ship within 10-21 business days, not including shipping. 

Shipping – At this time, we offer shipping within the United States only.  This ensures that we provide the best service and experience to our customers. Due to the larger orders, we will typically select UPS unless you specify otherwise.  Once items are shipped, any delays, etc. are out of our hands.  Please contact the carrier with your tracking number in the event of issues.  If you have questions, please reach out.  We appreciate your understanding.   

It is also imperative that we have your correct shipping address.  We are not responsible if the wrong address is provided.

If you are within the OKC Metro and do not want your items shipped, please reach out prior to payment to see if arrangements can be made for a pickup/drop off.
