Refund policy

Return/Exchange/Refund Policy – Due to the nature of our business offering custom and personalized products, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges, and we do not offer refunds.  Each item is made specifically for you with customization that you have agreed upon.  Please ensure that you review all order details prior to payment.  Payment confirms all details are correct.  In addition, please make sure that the mockup is correct prior to authorization.

However, if you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours so that we can find a suitable resolution. 

Disclosure – We have provided a variety of images and descriptions, but if you do not see what you are looking for, please reach out, and we will see if we can meet your needs.  
In addition, please be aware that all images are for reference only; there may be slight variations due to screens, lighting, materials, colors, finishes, etc.!  As well, every order is customized, each being unique, so minor variations may exist.  By placing your order, you acknowledge that there may be slight variations within your custom items. 


Cancellations – Due to the nature of our customization business, cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.  This includes the products and supplies being ordered.
