BUSINESS HOURS:

My typical “office/work hours” are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Yes, I often work outside of this and will get back with you as quickly as possible. But please be give me 24 hours to respond to emails.

PLACING ORDERS/INVOICING:

Invoices must be paid prior to me ordering the shirts to start your order. 

Shirt orders are placed every Monday morning by 9AM.  If you place your order after that time, your turn around time (TAT) begins the following Tuesday. 
Example:  Place your order at 10AM Monday July 11th, the turn around time (TAT) begins on Tuesday, July 19th.

 

TAT/Turn Around Time:

My turn around time (TAT) is 14-21 business days. I do work as quickly as possible and do my best to have a shorter (TAT).

If you need your items prior to this please let me know prior to ordering. I will let you know if I am able to accommodate this request but there may be a Rush Fee.

I do keep some items in stock. Otherwise, I place shirt orders weekly.

All, items are custom/personalized which means, all items are non-refundable.

 

PRE-ORDERS:

Some items will be Pre-Orders, which may have extended turn around times (TAT).  Watch for pre-order close dates, as those may offer special pricing as well.  If you place the order after that date/time, the items may not be available.  

The estimated TAT (turn-around-time) for Pre-Orders will be added to the post but if delays come up, I will keep you updated.

 

CUSTOMS:

If you have an idea of something that you want or have seen something that you want done, please feel free to send me an email. I will let you know if it is something that I can do. There will be a “custom” fee added to your item; shirt, bag, etc.!

For example: You want a specific design on a shirt (custom design plus the cost of the completed shirt). This “custom” fee will include 2 edits but after that there may be additional fees for additional edits/changes.

All items are custom/personalized which means, all items are non-refundable.

 

PERSONALIZATION:

If I am personalizing items for you, I will always send a proof. Please double check spelling, etc.!  If you notice something is incorrect, please let me know prior to me proceeding.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

All Sales Are Final – The nature of our business is customization/personalization, so items are Non-Refundable.

Please make sure you are ordering the correct sizes and color. There will not be refunds or exchanges for sizing/color choices unless it is on my part.

 A size chart/color chart is available.

 

DAMANGED ITEMS:  

All items are handmade and may have slight imperfections.  All items are checked for defects prior to shipping, but if you feel your item is a manufacturer defect, please reach out to me within 24 hours of your items being accepted/delivered. Please include a description and a picture of defect. If I feel that there is a defect, we can work out an exchange.

 

SHIPPING:

I am happy to ship items within the United States only, at this time. Tracking information will be sent to you via email once it has shipped.  

Please keep in mind that once your item has shipped, delays are out of my hands but I will do my best to help if there is an issue.

If you want to combine orders to save on shipping, that is completely fine, but keep in mind it may delay items being shipped until everything is ready.

TAX:

I am registered with the state of Oklahoma, so I am required to collect tax in Oklahoma.

*Turn garment inside out

*Machine wash in cold water

*Do not bleach

*Do not iron

*No Fabric Softener

*Hang to dry or tumble dry low

 

TUMBLER CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

*Handle with Care

*Hand Wash Only

*Not dishwasher safe

*Not microwave safe

*Do not soak

*Do not leave in extreme conditions; hot/cold vehicle

*Do not drop
